We put the Art in Party!

- Low minimum of eight guests…Maximum 70 guests.
- Helpful, Kid-Friendly “hands on” staff at every party!
- All parties are 1.5 hours. More time may be added in 30 minute increments ($25.00/half hour).
- Full-Color self-mailer invites, table covers, room set-up, and art activity included in the fees.
- Themed parties and pre-pay special orders available—please inquire.
- Have your party during the week or on the weekend! We offer flexible hours and times.
- Your $50.00 down payment reserves the date!

Our Retail Studio and Event Center can accommodate up to 50+ guests. Pre-Planned parties of eight or more guests will enjoy a fully-equipped Event Center…made just for birthday parties! Our party room includes a modified-kitchen with a refrigerator, banquet tables & chairs, and a private entrance. Yes, our facility is ADA compliant!
How to book a birthday party for eight or more guests:
- Call to reserve your date and time. It is strongly recommended that parties be booked at least three weeks in advance.
Birthday Parties are hosted on Saturday and Sundays or by appointment. Each party is 1½ hours long. Planners can come a half-hour early to set up their event. A $50.00 security deposit is required. Balance is due on the day of the event.
- Let us know how many guests will be attending. The event center is available for eight or more guests. The space will be set-up and ready to host your party. (Parties under eight guests may be held in the retail studio.)
- Select your chosen activity from the Birthday Party Activities Menu.
Fees include:
- Use of the Art Trooper Event Center
- A Birthday Party Postcard Invite to fill-in, and mail!
- Tablecloths
- All materials and supplies for your selected activity. (All materials wash out of clothes, and are non-toxic and lead-free.)
- Additional age-appropriate time-filler activities if needed
- Friendly, knowledgeable staff
- Fully-Equipped Facility with a modified kitchen
- Cake and Ice Cream Serving Utensils
- Matches
- Access to ADA compliant restroom facilities
Hosts should bring:
- If serving food…plates, utensils, napkins, cups, etc.
- If applicable…refreshments and birthday cake/ice cream.
- Birthday Candles
- If applicable…party “treat” bags.
- No confetti or popcorn, please!
